The zucchini and rosemary soup was so good. I was just like, amazed at how good it was, and it had these really thinly sliced scallions on top and some kind of pepper in it that gave it just the right amount of heat … and … oh, god.

And bacon fat! They sautéd the onions in bacon fat!
