ALSO RAISE YOUR CHEST, LETTING THE WEIGHT FALL UPON YOUR SACRUM, MAKING A ‘V’ SHAPE WITH YOUR BODY. LENGTHEN YOUR TORSO, KEEPING SPACE AROUND THE FRONT OF THE NECK. PUSH THROUGH THE TOP OF YOUR HEAD TO BALANCE THE ENERGY THAT MOVES THROUGH THE TOES.
